8A. Text Message Reminders (SMS)

Consent and Eligibility

• SMS bill reminders are optional and require your explicit consent.
• By enabling reminders, you agree to receive automated bill reminder messages related to your account activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.

Message Purpose and Frequency

• SMS reminders are event-triggered and are intended for bill reminder and account safety use cases.
• SMS reminders are not used for promotional marketing campaigns.
• Message frequency varies by account activity and may be subject to monthly limits.

Opt-Out

• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message or by disabling reminders in app settings.
• After opt-out, reminder delivery is disabled unless you opt in again.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

16. Subscriptions and Billing

Pricing

• Monthly: $2.99 USD
• Annual: $24.99 USD

Trials and Auto-Renewal

• iOS: 7-day free trial may be offered on eligible plans.
• After trial, subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.

Manage or Cancel

• Web: Use the in-app Customer Portal (when enabled) to manage or cancel your subscription.
• iOS: Manage or cancel from your Apple ID Subscriptions in Settings.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the platform’s policies (Apple App Store for iOS purchases). For web purchases, please contact support.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of New York State.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
